What you will do

• Define and evaluate security solutions for cloud, web, API, and mobile applications within the AWM division.
• Act as a security advisor to architects and developers, ensuring design integrity, confidentiality, and resiliency.
• Evaluate existing controls, identify security gaps, and lead mitigation strategies to enhance the firm's security posture.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a specialized team of application security experts.
• Drive the integration of automated security controls within the SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Perform secure code reviews and lead penetration testing engagements across complex architectures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in secure architecture design, application security, and risk analysis.
• Strong knowledge of security testing methodologies, OWASP, CWE, and cloud-related security concepts.
• Hands-on experience in software development or application penetration testing in complex environments.
• Ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders and drive project management trade-offs.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech sectors.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML to solve security operational challenges.
• Proficiency in secure coding languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Professional certifications including CSSLP, CISSP, CCSP, or OSCP.
