What you will do

• Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI/ML roadmaps and solutions.
• Design, build, and present Proofs of Concept to validate technical and business feasibility.
• Architect scalable deployment strategies including real-time serving, batch processing, and API design.
• Lead the fine-tuning of foundation models using PEFT methods like LoRA and QLoRA.
• Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated model training, evaluation, and versioning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on research-to-production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5+ years focused on production ML systems.
• Expert proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and modern architectures like Transformers.
• Hands-on expertise in fine-tuning LLMs and parameter-efficient tuning strategies.
• Strong background in model serving, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-based ML (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
