What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 5-10 top-tier enterprise accounts including health systems and large physician groups.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level executive stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes by identifying optimization opportunities in revenue cycle workflows.
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships through both onsite meetings and industry presence.
  • Translate deep healthcare operational knowledge into actionable strategy and product success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful adoption of automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Extensive firsthand experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) within health systems, finance operations, or health tech.
  • Deep understanding of complex payer dynamics, patient financial experience, and operational billing challenges.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for onsite customer visits and conferences.
  • Demonstrated history of driving business outcomes in high-impact, complex environments.
