What you will do
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and identify key decision-makers across multiple regions.
- Build detailed account maps including organizational structures and business models.
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Leverage tools like Apollo.io and HubSpot to source and enrich contact data.
- Experiment with AI solutions and new workflows to increase efficiency.
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Experience with CRM applications, specifically Hubspot.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

- Experience in payments or other financial systems.
- Thorough knowledge of the fintech market.
