What you will do

• Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and identify key decision-makers across multiple regions.
• Build detailed account maps including organizational structures and business models.
• Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Leverage tools like Apollo.io and HubSpot to source and enrich contact data.
• Experiment with AI solutions and new workflows to increase efficiency.
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience with CRM applications, specifically Hubspot.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
