Credit Platform Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and availability.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to resolve vulnerabilities and outages quickly.
• Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to reduce manual intervention via scripting.
• Implement secure configurations to protect hardware, software, and data from cyber-attacks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and architects to align infrastructure with business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container lifecycle management in production.
• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and/or GitHub for Java-based services.
• Solid understanding of Java-based systems, including runtime behavior and performance considerations.
• Must be based in Prague.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry for implementing logs, metrics, and traces.
• Familiarity with Gradle-based builds and Kotlin.
• Experience improving developer productivity through self-service tooling and standardized pipelines.
