What you will do

• Serve as the quality leader for an entire product domain, ensuring the highest standards of reliability.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, shift-left practices, and quality roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to implement scalable automation to prevent regressions.
• Plan and lead Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) testing.
• Establish guidelines and best practices for both automated and manual testing procedures.
• Coordinate testing activities across different organizations and geographical regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA leadership experience (Team Lead or Manager).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA engineer, with at least 4 years specifically in automation.
• Extensive experience designing tests for enterprise software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficiency in Agile development processes and the full software development lifecycle.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sandy, UT, USA.
