What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for regional pharmacies, providing professional advice and guidance.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.
• Support pharmacies in optimizing workflows, inventory management, and patient care services.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legal, and safety requirements through audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with pharmacy teams to develop strategies for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmacy operations, consulting, or management.
• Czech language proficiency is a must.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Advanced certifications in pharmaceutical management (preferred).
