What you will do

• Plan and coordinate field-level Targeted Supplementary Feeding Program (TSFP) activities, including cost estimation and operational requests.
• Develop food distribution plans and lead community sensitization missions.
• Provide technical support, mentoring, and coaching to Nutrition Assistants, screeners, and government healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with Woreda administrations to integrate TSFP with Community Case Management of Malnutrition (CMAM).
• Compile and submit timely weekly and monthly beneficiary reports and waybill tracking sheets.
• Conduct regular field monitoring visits to identify capacity gaps and provide on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Diploma, BSc, or MSc in Nursing, Public Health, or an MD.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years for Diploma, 2 years for BSc, or 1 year for MSc/MD.
• Must possess a renewed professional license.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
