What you will do

• Lead the technical planning, supervision, and implementation of basic needs interventions, including multipurpose cash assistance (MPCA) and NFI distributions.
• Coordinate with MoSA and other humanitarian working groups to ensure program design aligns with national strategies.
• Manage program cash forecasts, transfer requests, and ensure strict compliance with Cash Relief Operating Procedures (CROPS).
• Supervise Cash Officers and Enumerators in data validation and ensuring timely delivery of client payments.
• Organize in-kind distributions and collaborate with the Supply Chain team for the procurement of program supplies.
• Conduct weekly field monitoring visits and provide detailed inputs for donor reporting on grant activities and indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Economics, Agriculture, Food Security, Public Health, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of technical experience implementing cash or community engagement programs.
• Experience facilitating technical trainings and workshops related to emergency response or food security.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
• Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon.
• Proven ability to maintain composure and prioritize work under pressure in a multi-cultural environment.
