What you will do

• Conduct and support antenatal care, post-natal care, delivery services, and newborn care.
• Provide family planning counseling and contraceptive services.
• Manage delivery plans for registered pregnant women and ensure the referral of obstetrical emergencies.
• Link sexual assault survivors to clinical, psychosocial care, and other SGBV services.
• Provide health education on MCH, including IYCF and RH/FP.
• Prepare and share quality weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Requirements

• MSc, BSc, or Diploma in Midwifery.
• Minimum work experience: 1 year for MSc, 2 years for BSc, or 5 years for diploma holders.
• At least two years of clinical experience in reproductive health (RH), including family planning and neonatal care.
• Renewed professional license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work in remote and high-pressure areas while understanding local cultural contexts.

Nice to have

• NGO experience in emergency health response project activities.
• Knowledge of culturally sound IEC/SBCC material on SRH and HIV/AIDS topics.
• Basic supervisory and managerial skills.
