What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and practical HR guidance.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Ensure all employee data and documentation are accurate, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.
• Partner with People Partners and cross-functional teams (Payroll, Finance, Legal) to deliver HR initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end office operations for the Milan location to maintain a productive environment.

• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
