Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Financial Analyst (Finance): Analyzing business group companies’ financial performance and creating dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making with an accent on financial forecasting, LTV/CPA calculations, and KPI tracking. Focus on generating comprehensive management reports and optimizing budgeting processes for a diverse portfolio of ventures.

Location: Hybrid, Onsite, or Remote in Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda). Vilnius requires 4 days onsite; Kaunas offers flexible options.

Salary: 3400-3800 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for the business group.
• Track and analyze KPIs and OKRs to monitor financial performance.
• Calculate and analyze LTV and target CPA to evaluate business efficiency.
• Support and help with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Present and explain financial performance to the management board and Business Unit Managers.
• Review and verify management reports prepared by BUMs to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or business analysis at an international company.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting methods and LTV/NPV calculations.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL scripts is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with complex business metrics.
