What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new webmasters and affiliate teams.
• Support and scale current affiliates, providing guidance on offer selection and optimization.
• Analyze incoming traffic and conversion quality to identify and block suspicious sources.
• Generate traffic and KPI reports, monitoring conversion, FTD, and retention performance.
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing CPA team, setting goals and monitoring progress.
• Oversee partner payments, verify balances, and process payout requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate or CPA marketing with proven results.
• Deep understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, and RevShare models, funnels, and attribution logic.
• Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer or Voluum.
• Prior experience working specifically in the Utilities vertical.
• English proficiency: B2+ level required.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building mindset.
