Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing experience in technical or GTM recruiting.
• Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
• Proven ability to implement creative recruiting approaches using modern resources.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia
