What you will do

• Manage the full embedded software lifecycle, including design, implementation, and validation.
• Develop and deliver highly reliable releases for Malevich OS.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to verify new hardware from a firmware perspective.
• Analyze and solve systematic problems and reported software issues.
• Create unit and functional tests to ensure system stability.
• Mentor newcomers and lead feature teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing embedded real-time applications for commercial products.
• Strong proficiency in C and knowledge of interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and RS485.
• Experience with embedded Linux or similar embedded operating systems.
• Proficiency in build systems and software engineering fundamentals (CI/CD, Git).
• Experience debugging and validating complex embedded systems and protocol stacks.

Nice to have

• Experience with STM or Realtek MCUs.
• Knowledge of RF modules and low-energy wireless solutions.
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience with specific RTOS and commercial IoT projects.
• Basic electronics skills, including use of oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
