What you will do

• Own the IT security architecture, including design, maintenance, and practical implementation in real environments.
• Review risk analyses to validate threat scenarios and the effectiveness of proposed security controls.
• Run PoCs on new security tools to evaluate their technical viability and fit for the company stack.
• Manage the protection of legally sensitive information through encryption and access control mechanisms.
• Deploy new security processes and solutions aligned with the organization's overarching security strategy.
• Collaborate with group-level security teams across the bank's organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing security architectures in real-world systems.
• Technical proficiency across network security, cloud environments, and application security.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, PKI, and security tooling such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, DLP, WAF, DAM, NDR, and firewalls.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting technical evaluations and running PoCs.
