TL;DR

Location: Based in Hong Kong; must be eligible to work in HK SAR. Relocation to Shanghai mentioned.

What you will do

  • Lead creative strategy and conceptual thinking for multichannel campaigns (print, video, digital, events) targeting the China market.
  • Oversee and guide creative leads, approve work, and collaborate with the Brand Partnership team for pitches.
  • Develop branding and marketing campaigns with a focus on street fashion and brand architecture strategy.
  • Manage capacity and efficiency of internal and external creative resources to ensure timely project execution.
  • Identify and track new business opportunities and maintain relationships with industry leaders and ad agencies.
  • Hire and inspire creative talent to maintain high creative standards within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in an advertising agency or brand creative studio.
  • Must be eligible to work in HK SAR.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Proven experience in multimedia storytelling and scaling campaigns globally.
  • Ability and willingness to engage in frequent business travel.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of illustration, motion graphics, animation, and 3D rendering.
  • Experience with video production and animation implementation.
