What you will do

• Partner with operational leads to drive high-performance teams and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Act as a culture ambassador, integrating company values into coaching, development, and performance management.
• Lead effective headcount planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Drive company-wide performance calibrations and compensation reviews to ensure equity.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and conduct thorough, unbiased internal investigations.
• Design intentional and scalable HR processes tailored to the unique logistics business.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a People or Human Resource role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
• Must be eligible to work in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Ability to deliver direct and difficult feedback to leadership.
• High level of discretion and objectivity when handling sensitive personnel information.
