Location: Based in Beirut, Lebanon (20% office-based and 80% field-based across all governorates, including the South).

What you will do

• Conduct regular assessments and consultations with affected populations to identify information gaps and community priorities.
• Collect, verify, and manage information on available services and maintain up-to-date databases for service mapping.
• Facilitate safe, timely, and appropriate referrals to protection, health, and legal services.
• Deliver orientation and training for staff, partners, and volunteers on RISE protocols and referral systems.
• Document all interactions and provide regular reports on protection risks, information gaps, and service coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Humanitarian Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
• At least three years’ experience in an NGO, preferably in social work or community-based activities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong background in protection, refugee contexts, and experience working with vulnerable groups (PwSN, women, children).
• Demonstrated ability in capacity building, including delivering training and facilitating workshops.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
