What you will do
- Lead the front-of-house team during service, setting a positive and upbeat tone.
- Guide the crew on the floor and solve immediate operational issues in the moment.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure daily operations are smooth by monitoring setups, stock, cleanliness, and safety.
- Interact with guests to maintain high service standards and jump in where needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing efficiently.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista, or bartender role.
- Proven confidence in leading a team during active service.
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch is required.
- Ability to remain calm and communicate clearly in high-pressure environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service consistency.
