Compliance Intern (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Gibraltar for the duration of the program. Physical attendance is required for onboarding sessions on July 6th and 7th.

What you will do

• Conduct research and analyze regulations affecting the company’s operations.
• Prepare and review compliance documentation.
• Monitor internal policies and practices to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with different teams on cross-departmental projects to support compliance goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Gibraltar for the duration of the internship (July 6th to August 28th).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to compliance processes via coursework, projects, or other internships.
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of corporate governance or risk management frameworks.
