What you will do

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's business strategy and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring financial performance and budgeting processes.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance, risk awareness, and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
• Act as a key point of contact with relevant authorities and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and oversee outsourcing arrangements.
• Lead and support a team of professionals across multiple business functions.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services, including 3+ years in managerial roles.
• Recent experience in retail financial services, preferably with brokerage and/or derivatives products.
• Strong knowledge of local financial regulations, securities laws, and AML/CFT standards.
• Proven leadership capabilities and commercial acumen to drive growth and achieve KPIs.
• Fluency in English.
