What you will do

• Contribute unique skills in technology, meteorology, sales, or business to expand the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain decentralized infrastructure, IoT firmware, or mobile applications.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to scale the community-driven weather network globally.
• Solve complex analytical problems to improve weather data accuracy and network reliability.
• Implement innovative features using Web3 and crypto primitives.

Requirements

• Strong passion for decentralized technologies and their real-world impact.
• Experience in blockchain development, IoT engineering, mobile/software development, or firmware.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proactiveness and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
