What you will do

• Oversee the tracking and dissemination of technical papers, blog posts, and research outputs for Applied Science projects.
• Design and operationalize systems for project tracking, dependency management, and maintaining momentum across teams.
• Develop and refine customer experience processes to onboard clients, including cluster setup and technical integration.
• Coordinate GPU allocation, quota management, and infrastructure workflows to ensure resource scalability.
• Drive structured communication loops and synthesize technical details into clear, strategic narratives for the company.
• Identify potential risks in project lifecycles and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management or research coordination, preferably in AI/ML organizations.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous projects into clear deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Familiarity with model development pipelines, including pre-training, post-training, and release readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience managing infrastructure workflows, such as API keys and quota access.
• Track record of building systemic processes from the ground up.
