What you will do

• Lead global rider strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to drive growth and retention across all markets.
• Align cross-functional investments across Commercial Optimization, Customer Experience, and Growth teams.
• Develop metrics and frameworks to enable data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Act as the hirify.globalce of the customer to influence product, data, and engineering roadmaps.
• Guide and coach a high-performing organization of managers to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Partner with the executive team to shape company-wide strategy and support the next growth phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar field.
• 10+ years of experience in business management, operations, or strategy.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional improvement projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary, distributed teams, including managing other managers.
• Strong ability to connect street-level customer insights to strategic priorities and investments.
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context to improve output quality.
