We're building a faceless YouTube channel in the looksmaxxing / male self-improvement niche — one of the fastest-growing categories right now!

This isn't our first project. Our previous channel hit million views with its very first videos. Now we're taking that to the English-speaking market.

Goal: 100K subs in 6 months. You'd be one of the first team members.

What you'll do:
- Animate 5–8 videos/month (8–15 min each)
- Work from ready scripts and voiceovers
- Maintain consistent visual style
- Bring your own creative ideas to this project

What we need:
- 1+ year in Adobe Animate (or AE with character animation)
- Strong sense of rhythm and visual storytelling
- You can follow a given style guide and keep it consistent
- Reliable and communicative
