What you will do

• Develop and lead a comprehensive digital channel and engagement strategy for the Africa Regional Office.
• Coordinate and harmonize digital strategies across regional offices in Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Senegal, and Ethiopia.
• Manage the foundation’s digital presence, including owned social media channels, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
• Utilize SEO/SEM, analytics, CRM, and paid media to grow reach, engagement, and positive sentiment.
• Implement social listening and digital analytics tools to monitor sentiment and emerging narratives.
• Manage digital partnerships with agencies, influencers, and creative producers to expand reach across Africa.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, digital marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of senior-level experience leading digital communications in a global or regional context.
• Proven expertise in designing end-to-end digital marketing strategies and brand storytelling.
• Strong understanding of Africa’s digital and media landscapes, including audience trends and influencer ecosystems.
• Skilled in SEO/SEM, paid media, social listening, analytics, and CRM tools.
• Must be able to legally work in Kenya without visa sponsorship.
