What you will do

• Lead RCM domain expertise during system design, enhancement, and rollout phases.
• Translate end-to-end hospital revenue cycle workflows into structured functional and system requirements.
• Validate RCM and billing modules to ensure they reflect operational realities and Ministry standards.
• Lead functional testing, scenario-based validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Guide hospitals and medical coders in applying recognized coding standards such as ICD, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Advise Ministry stakeholders on RCM governance and operating models through structured workshops.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management.
• Proven expertise in billing, claiming, reimbursement, and medical coding operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hospital financial workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with software development and IT teams.
• Must be based in or relocate to Muscat, Oman.

Nice to have

• Experience within government or large healthcare institutions.
• Previous leadership roles such as RCM Director or RCM Manager.
• Experience in ministry-level or national healthcare programs.
