What you will do

• Partner with product and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for data science implementation.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for personalization, recommendation systems, and marketplace ranking.
• Optimize supply-demand balance and create accurate demand and supply forecasting models.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable algorithms and data products.
• Design experimentation and measurement frameworks (A/B testing) to evaluate the impact of model changes.
• Collaborate with Product Analysts and ML Engineers within an embedded, project-based model.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Strong experience applying ML and statistical modeling to product or business problems.
• Expertise in at least one area: Personalization, Marketplace optimization, or Forecasting.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing) and impact measurement.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
