What you will do

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers.
• Conduct competitor analysis and in-depth user research to identify UX problems.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate designs and uncover pain points.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile and web interfaces.
• Implement layout adjustments based on direct user feedback.
• Maintain a consistent and branded visual identity across all company products.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of various wireframe tools.
• Proven ability to translate software documentation into design prototypes.
• Strong skills in applying research and usability findings to the design process.
• Must be based in or able to work in Larnaca, Cyprus to support the hybrid model.
