What you will do

• Transfer and rebuild intranet content from older environments into the new version of the hirify.global platform.
• Improve page structure and visual layouts to ensure they are modern and easy to navigate.
• Coordinate migration timelines and keep customers informed about the progress.
• Perform quality checks on migrated pages, including links, content blocks, and access permissions.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to make the migration workflow more efficient.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Design, Business, Communications, IT, or a similar field.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for digital structure and visual clarity.
• Interest in digital tools, content management systems, or web platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like WordPress, Squarespace, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
