Staff/Senior Machine Learning Scientist (Ad Cloud)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and productionize state-of-the-art machine learning models for advertising campaign optimization.
• Improve bidding, pricing, and personalized content recommendation models to increase campaign efficiency and advertiser ROI.
• Analyze large-scale user and auction data to identify predictive patterns and alpha signals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define opportunities, roadmaps, and end-to-end solutions.
• Improve system performance through offline experimentation, A/B testing, online testing, and incremental learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of industry experience in ad tech, focused on performance optimization.
• Applied machine learning experience, particularly with CTR prediction and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or comparable machine learning frameworks.
• Ability to lead end-to-end projects across product, data, and engineering.
• Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency real-time systems such as RTB engines or stream inference.
