Salary: $90K – $105K

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout their journey from evaluation to production.
• Analyze customer architectures and use cases to influence the product roadmap and devise technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within the AI/ML ecosystem to ensure best practices and accelerate time-to-value.
• Partner with Sales on technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Develop internal tooling, documentation, and processes to automate support and scale success initiatives.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with embeddings, similarity search, recommendation systems, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience using monitoring tools like Datadog or Retool.
