What you will do

• Drive the evolution of the team by fostering best practices to develop strategic, multi-year human cyber resilience plans for customers.
• Engage during the sales cycle to shape the vision, support the team in scoping, and deliver world-class proposals.
• Oversee the delivery of core offerings, including Crisis Simulation scenarios, Program and Cyber Skills paths, and Cyber Drills across Leadership and Technical tracks.
• Provide direct mentorship and professional development for the US Advisor team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering individual career growth.
• Translate field insights and customer feedback into actionable requirements for the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap of hirify.global's offerings.
• Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to translate platform data into strategic maturity insights, providing customers with the evidence-based reporting needed to measure and prove team readiness at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a leadership role, managing a team of security practitioners or consultants.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• A detailed, deep understanding of all cyber operations and cyber security capability needs and how this impacts organization-wide cyber preparedness and responsiveness.
• Ability to develop and deliver a range of people-centric cybersecurity programs.
• Experience effectively leading customer relationships with complex enterprise-level organizations.
• Willing to travel periodically based on the business and project’s needs.
