What you will do

• Perform manual, cross-browser, and cross-device testing based on test cases, input files, or reference files.
• Report and document defects in JIRA, including clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and detailed cause-effect descriptions.
• Prepare, maintain, and update test cases, ensuring alignment with project goals and change requests.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Conduct acceptance and post-release testing after production deployment.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve QA processes, documentation, and testing efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content or digital QA, with proven attention to detail.
• Excellent eye for detail and precision, with a “pixel-perfect” mindset.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English, able to explain issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with JIRA or similar task management and bug tracking tools.
• Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and accuracy under pressure.

Nice to have

• Previous QA officer experience is a plus.
• Basic experience with Photoshop or other design tools to analyze visual content.
