• Develop and agree with the customer on the concept, goals, and main stages of the project.
• Plan project work and make prompt adjustments if necessary.
• Organize project work in accordance with the plan, set tasks for the team, coordinate actions between participants, and monitor performance within the specified time frame and with the required quality.
• Decompose tasks.
• Administer project work in task trackers.
• Build communication in the team and motivate it.

Требования

• Experience in managing IT projects from 1 year (commercial).
• Understanding of the IT industry.
• Technical education (still studying or have graduated from a university or technical school).
• Ability to create a competent technical task.
• Understand the principles of creating and developing IT products.
• Knowledge of Kaiten, Notion or other task trackers.
