What you will do

• Develop and maintain group consolidation models and assist with audit processes.
• Take responsibility for time registration processes and lead AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Provide advisory and hands-on support for international entity establishment including tax and accounting setup.
• Participate in finance improvement projects and rollout of ERP system features.
• Act as a strategic advisor within the Group Finance team and the wider organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or law.
• Three to five years of experience from an audit firm or Group Finance role.
• Solid knowledge of corporate law, tax, and international subsidiary establishment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, data modeling, and BI tools like Power BI.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years due to security-classified project requirements.
