What you will do
- Monitor investigation queues and execute corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze identity documents, passports, and identify fabricated records.
- Ensure all investigations meet agreed timelines while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Monitor the quality of investigations and ensure deep root cause analysis is applied.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Identify gaps within systems and provide actionable suggestions to mitigate risk.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work shifts (weekdays, weekends, and holidays).
- 2+ years of experience within the gambling industry.
- 2–3 years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
