What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of ER consultants and advisors, ensuring high-quality case management and adherence to SLAs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders on complex ER matters and proactive interventions.
  • Monitor ER trends and performance metrics to drive strategic improvements and data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR Investigations and Policy teams to ensure seamless, compliant case resolution.
  • Design and deliver ER-related training to build capability within the team and across the wider business.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team environment focused on wellbeing and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing an ER team handling complex case activity within a large, nuanced organization.
  • Deep understanding of UK and Ireland Employment Law and its practical commercial application.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management and building trust with senior-level leadership.
  • Experience working in an environment driven by SLAs, KPIs, and performance measures.
  • Ability to perform risk-based decision-making that balances legal, commercial, and people implications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic action.
