Multi Media Design Intern (AI)

Location: Remote role in Colombia, with Bogotá listed as the location

What you will do

• Assist with creating 2D motion graphics and animated assets.
• Support storyboard creation and translate creative briefs into animated sequences.
• Edit short-form and mid-length videos, including rough cuts, pacing, transitions, audio, graphics, and captions.
• Prepare final video exports optimized for the hirify.global app, YouTube, and Google Paid Ads.
• Draft and refine video scripts and structured narrative outlines.
• Apply feedback from animators and graphic designers while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in motion design or animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, timing, video pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Required experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools, including using AI for productivity, research, and communication.
• Strong written English is required for scripting and captioning.

Nice to have

• Basic sound design and audio cleanup skills using Audition or Adobe Podcast Enhance.
• Familiarity with Slack and Jira.
