What you will do

• Provide exceptional support to clients via calls and correspondence.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver step-by-step solutions.
• Escalate complex problems and coordinate with specialized teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records, update databases, and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal managers and external partners to meet delivery targets.
• Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent time management and professional communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Ho Chi Minh City office.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
