What you will do

• Execute audits across Operations, Compliance, and Technology with a specific focus on crypto-related activities.
• Conduct detailed audit procedures, including walkthroughs and control testing.
• Document findings through comprehensive work papers, flowcharts, and risk/control matrices.
• Evaluate the adequacy and efficiency of existing policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Draft clear, actionable audit findings highlighting root causes and business impacts.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of experience in internal or external audit within the financial services sector.
• Professional audit certification such as CIA or CISA.
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer and crypto-asset regulatory landscapes.
• Proven ability to assess controls within crypto exchanges, custody providers, or market makers.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a highly regulated environment.
