Vice President, Brand and Market Strategy (AI): Shaping the category narrative and market positioning for an enterprise AI platform with an accent on brand identity, executive storytelling, and go-to-market execution. Location: Remote until Toronto or Vancouver offices are established; hybrid transition (50/50) expected thereafter.
Salary: $190,000 - $250,000 CAD base plus bonuses/commission.

What you will do
- Define and evolve the core category narrative, positioning, and messaging architecture.
- Lead and scale the brand, creative, and product marketing organizations.
- Develop earned and owned media strategies to drive executive visibility and market authority.
- Ensure deep cross-functional alignment between brand narrative, product launch readiness, and sales enablement.
- Establish measurement frameworks to connect brand investment to business outcomes and pipeline impact.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to drive corporate communications and analyst engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven success in Head of Marketing or VP roles building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Hands-on expertise in positioning, packaging, GTM planning, and competitive intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate executive-level dynamics and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
