What you will do

• Own and evolve the component library while architecting tokens, theming, and accessibility standards.
• Turn design concepts into scalable, elegant APIs and intuitive composition patterns.
• Design the system architecture end-to-end to ensure a cohesive UI ecosystem.
• Raise quality across the platform by enforcing pixel-perfect fidelity and cross-browser reliability.
• Build comprehensive documentation including migration paths and usage guidance for other developers.
• Partner with product teams to drive system adoption and prevent UI drift.

Requirements

• 4+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on design systems in a complex product environment.
• Deep expertise in component architecture using modern frameworks like Vue or React.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with design tokens, theming systems, and accessibility.
• Proven ability to design clean, extensible component APIs that balance flexibility and consistency.
• Experience managing versioning, deprecations, and system governance.

Nice to have

• Active usage of AI tools for refactoring, documentation, and system evolution.
• Previous experience working in fast-moving SaaS or enterprise-grade environments.
