What you will do

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement responsive and functional UIs.
• Build and maintain reusable front-end components and UI libraries.
• Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on analytics and feedback.
• Bridge the gap between design and development by ensuring technical feasibility.
• Champion UI/UX best practices and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• 4+ years of experience in product design and front-end development for complex platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like Vue, React, or Angular.
• Proven track record of taking initiatives from research through to production.
• Experience with front-end tooling such as Tailwind, Redux, or Webpack.

Nice to have

• Experience building no-code or enterprise SaaS tools.
• Strong visual design sense and enthusiasm for AI-driven workflows.
