TL;DR
Account Executive (Sales): Driving revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities within an assigned territory through cold calling and partner collaboration. Location: Hybrid, must be based in Romania. Applicants permanently located outside of Romania will not be considered.

What you will do
- Generate and close new sales within the assigned territory.
- Drive qualified opportunities from partner deal registrations and lead lists via cold calling.
- Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to accelerate business growth.
- Maintain and update sales forecasts and account opportunities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with channel sales and systems engineers on territory planning.
- Contribute to individual and team revenue quotas through persistent sales efforts.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in Turkish and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently as a high-energy self-starter.
- Strong communication skills for building lasting client relationships.
- Must be located in Romania.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
