What you will do
- Manage end-to-end office onboarding and offboarding administrative workflows.
- Act as the primary contact point for local vendors, handling invoices and office supply procurement.
- Coordinate social activities, team breakfasts, and seasonal celebrations to foster culture.
- Maintain the office environment by managing décor, layout, and atmosphere.
- Assist the HR team with daily operational activities and occupational health coordination.
- Supervise office premises and manage access control administration.
Requirements
- Must possess legal eligibility to work in Sweden (no sponsorship provided).
- Strong initiative with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel knowledge is an advantage).
