TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end office onboarding and offboarding administrative workflows.
  • Act as the primary contact point for local vendors, handling invoices and office supply procurement.
  • Coordinate social activities, team breakfasts, and seasonal celebrations to foster culture.
  • Maintain the office environment by managing décor, layout, and atmosphere.
  • Assist the HR team with daily operational activities and occupational health coordination.
  • Supervise office premises and manage access control administration.

Requirements

  • Must possess legal eligibility to work in Sweden (no sponsorship provided).
  • Strong initiative with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel knowledge is an advantage).
