What you will do

• Draft regulatory requirements and handle entity law and capital-related matters.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and review legal agreements.
• Prepare documentation for AML and internal compliance processes.
• Draft court documents and manage civil and administrative proceedings.
• Provide comprehensive legal support to internal departments and daily operations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in daily legal tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lawyer, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and AML regulations.
• Experience drafting and reviewing complex legal agreements and formal court documents.
• Proven ability to manage civil and administrative legal processes independently.
• Professional fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Experience with AI tools and readiness to integrate them into legal workflows.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of risk and compliance specific to Electronic Money Institutions (EMI).
