Salary: €1,900–€2,250 gross per month.

What you will do
- Draft regulatory requirements and handle entity law and capital-related matters.
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and review legal agreements.
- Prepare documentation for AML and internal compliance processes.
- Draft court documents and manage civil and administrative proceedings.
- Provide comprehensive legal support to internal departments and daily operations.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in daily legal tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lawyer, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and AML regulations.
- Experience drafting and reviewing complex legal agreements and formal court documents.
- Proven ability to manage civil and administrative legal processes independently.
- Professional fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
- Experience with AI tools and readiness to integrate them into legal workflows.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of risk and compliance specific to Electronic Money Institutions (EMI).
