What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex client issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT into daily workflows to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Italian and English.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in daily tasks.
- Availability for rotational shifts (7 AM - 8 PM) including one working weekend per month.
