What you will do

• Execute data-driven personalization experiments and deep-dive analysis on customer behavior.
• Design, run, and interpret statistically sound A/B tests to improve product performance.
• Develop and iterate on machine learning models for ranking and product recommendations.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build, deploy, and monitor production models.
• Create clear documentation, dashboards, and reporting for stakeholders to support product decisions.
• Identify new personalization opportunities through proactive data exploration and prototype development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipelines and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting using tools like Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, for data workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
